Job Description
Join Accenture's SAP Security team and help secure enterprise-scale SAP environments for global organizations. Work on SAP Security, Authorizations, GRC, IDM, and S/4HANA while supporting business-critical transformation programs.
What You'll Do
Partner with clients to deliver SAP Security solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.
Design, build, and maintain SAP roles, authorizations, and access controls.
Administer SAP GRC and IDM, including access governance and compliance reporting.
Manage security incidents, troubleshoot access issues, and drive timely resolution.
Support SAP Security implementations, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior team members.
What We're Looking Fo
At least 3 years of SAP Security experience.
Experience supporting two or more SAP applications (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, HR, etc.).
Strong knowledge of:
SAP role design and authorization concepts
SAP GRC and IDM administration
Access governance, audit, and compliance reporting
Experience supporting SAP Security in project and/or operations environments.
Nice to Have
Exposure to S/4HANA, Fiori, BW/BI, HANA DB, SAP GRC 12, and SAP Cloud solutions (BTP, IAS, IAG, Ariba, IBP).
Experience in SAP upgrades, role-build projects, and audit/compliance initiatives.
Work Setup
Hybrid work arrangement
Cubao office location during training, either Cubao or Uptown BGC site assignment once deployed to client/project
