Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. Your work involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions are scalable and efficient. You will engage in iterative development cycles, applying modern methodologies to deliver high-quality software that supports organizational goals and adapts to evolving needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure alignment with project objectives.

- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to maintain delivery timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

- Strong knowledge of sales and distribution processes within enterprise resource planning systems.

- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP SD modules to meet business requirements.

- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.

- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP SD and other modules or external systems.

- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to sales and distribution workflows.

Must have and Good to have skills: System Integration experience in SD.

No. of hours per week: 45

Shift Schedule: 7AM to 5PM

Work Set up: Hybrid

Number of days in a month or week that needs to be in the office: 2x a week
