Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedSAP SD Consultant (ECC)to support and enhanceOrdertoCash (O2C)processes in anFMCG environment. The role is part of anAMS (Application Management Services)engagement, focusing on incident resolution, change requests, and continuous improvement of SAP SD processes while collaborating with crossfunctional teams and global business stakeholders.

Primary Functional Skills SAP SD

Order Management

  • Expert configuration ofSales Document Types, Item Categories, and Schedule Line Categories
  • Strong exposure toFMCG scenariossuch asRush Orders, Returns, and Consignment

Pricing & Revenue Management

  • Indepth knowledge ofCondition Technique
  • Configuration ofPricing Procedures, Condition Types, and Access Sequences
  • Ability to handlecomplex discounts, rebates, and promotional pricing

Shipping & Logistics

  • Strong functional understanding ofDelivery Processing
  • Experience withPicking & Packing logic
  • Knowledge ofRoute DeterminationandShipping Point Determination

Billing & Invoicing

  • Expert configuration ofBilling Types
  • Handson experience withCopy Control
  • Credit/Debit Memo processing
  • Integration withFIAR (Accounts Receivable)

Master Data Management

  • Comprehensive management of:
  • Customer Master
  • Material Master
  • Sales Area views
  • CustomerMaterial Info Records

Availability Check (ATP)

  • Functional understanding ofBasic ATP
  • Knowledge ofTransfer of Requirements (TOR)to ensure accurate product availability

Credit Management

  • Configuration and support ofBasic Credit Management
  • Integration withFinancial Accounting

Key Responsibilities (AMS Context)

Incident Management

  • Lead resolution ofTier2 and Tier3 SAP SD incidents
  • Ensure minimal disruption to business operations
  • Adhere to definedService Level Agreements (SLAs)

Change Request (CR) Management

  • Translate FMCG business requirements intoFunctional Specifications (FS)
  • Leadconfiguration, unit testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Problem Management

  • PerformRoot Cause Analysis (RCA)for recurring O2C issues
  • Implementpermanent functional fixes or process improvements

Integration Support

  • Work closely withMM, FI, PP, and WMteams
  • Support endtoend integration for:
  • Stock Transfer Orders
  • ThirdParty Logistics (3PL)scenarios

Business Advisory

  • Act as atrusted advisorto global business users
  • RecommendSAP best practicesto simplify sales processes and improve order fulfillment

Documentation

  • Maintain uptodate:
  • Functional documentation
  • Configuration rationales
  • User training manuals for theglobal template

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • SAP Certified Application Associate Sales and Distribution
  • Basic knowledge ofS/4HANA SalesandFiori applications
  • Familiarity withEDI / IDoc monitoring and troubleshooting(sales orders, invoices)
  • Basic understanding ofABAP debuggingto assist in technical issue analysis
