Role : SAP SD Consultant with SAP MM

Location : Alabang Muntinlupa

Work Type : Hybrid - 3 days onsite in a week

Work Shift : Mid Shift

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the support for L2/L3 SAP SD & LE

Monitor issues and incidents on the application layer, coordinate with the L1 from the local teams, provide necessary support, and guidance to the user, may do enhancements, etc. For:

Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements

Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements

Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs

Ability to debug ABAP codes, create design & tech specs, customize, configure and testing of SD programs Ability to analyze scenarios, identify gaps, issues and work around solutions

Act as liaison with KU/client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems

High in customer service and sense of urgency

Qualifications:

Must have at least 5 years of experience in SAP SD, LE (preferably with MM background)

Must have experience or familiar with SAP AFS 6.0 SP8 / SAP ECC

Familiarity with debugging in ABAP

Familiarity with transaction codes for SD and MM processes

It is a plus if with SAP Retail background
