SAP SD Functional Consultant

Location: Metro Manila (Hybrid)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PH Time)

Contract Duration: 6-Month Rolling Contract (Subject to Extension)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Sales and Distribution solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, and supporting implementation, enhancement, and production support initiatives.

This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Sales and Distribution processes.
• Configure and implement SAP SD solutions within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments.
• Design and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes, including:
• Sales Order Processing
• Pricing
• Delivery Processing
• Shipping
• Billing
• Credit Management
• Returns Processing
• Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects, including workshops, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Perform fit-to-standard workshops and recommend best practices aligned with SAP Public Cloud capabilities.
• Configure organizational structures, master data, output management, and SD business processes within SAP Public Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including MM, FI/CO, EWM, TM, and ABAP developers, to deliver integrated business solutions.
• Support data migration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Analyze and resolve production issues while providing Application Management Services (AMS) support as needed.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, and end-user training materials.
• Ensure solutions align with SAP Public Cloud best practices and standard processes while minimizing custom developments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of SAP SD Functional Consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations is required.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD configuration and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops in SAP Public Cloud projects.
• Experience with end-to-end implementation, rollout, or AMS support projects.
• Strong understanding of integrations between SAP SD and modules such as MM, FI/CO, EWM, TM, and PP.
• Experience with testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and go-live support.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications and embedded analytics.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience supporting global or multi-country SAP implementations.
• Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) integrations is an advantage.
