Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
• At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Responsibilities:
SAP SD and MM Level 1 (L1) ticketing involves initial support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for sales and procurement processes. L1 agents address user errors, master data gaps, and basic system issues, escalating complex configuration or functional problems to L2/L3. Common tickets include pricing errors, delivery blocks, PO creation failures, and GR/IR mismatches
