We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM Lead to oversee the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Supply Chain Management solutions. The successful candidate will lead SCM-related projects, collaborate with business stakeholders, manage system improvements, and ensure that SAP solutions align with operational and business objectives.

Job Description

  • Lead SAP SCM initiatives, projects, enhancements, and support activities.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Provide functional leadership across SAP SCM modules, including Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, and related processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP MM, PP, SD, WM/EWM, and Finance.
  • Manage system configurations, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Lead issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Develop functional specifications and oversee technical developments.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and governance processes.
  • Mentor junior SAP consultants and provide guidance on best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP SCM.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a leadership or team lead capacity.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in hybrid project and support environments.
  • SAP certification is an advantage.
