About the Role:
We are seeking experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) Consultants to join our ERP Scrum Team and play a critical role in the support, enhancement, and delivery of SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP SD application management and implementation, with hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
In this role, you will work within an Agile framework, partnering with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality SAP solutions while ensuring operational stability and continuous improvement of the application landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application support, troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of production issues within the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) domain.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Analyze system capabilities and recommend efficient, scalable, and sustainable solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Configure SAP SD modules and related business processes to support operational and project requirements.
- Partner with development teams to design, build, test, and deploy custom enhancements and complex business solutions.
- Participate in solution design reviews and contribute to system optimization initiatives.
- Develop and expand technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- ABAP Debugging and Code Analysis
- Low-Code Development
- SAP Security
- Automation
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Plan, execute, and support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Manage solution deployment processes and provide post-go-live support.
- Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions as required.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development within the team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, stability, and user experience.
Required Qualifications:
- 10–15 years of experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA with a strong focus on Sales & Distribution (SD).
- Proven experience in SAP application support, maintenance, and implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration and business process design.
- Hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business leadership.
- Proven track record of mentoring, coaching, and developing team members.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of ABAP Debugging and code analysis.
- Experience with SAP Security concepts and authorization management.
- Exposure to SAP Integration technologies and interface management.
- Familiarity with automation tools and CI/CD practices.
- SAP SD Certification is an advantage.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects is highly desirable.
