Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA ITD (Inventory to Deliver) Functional Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of warehouse and transportation processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Logistics Execution, with expertise in inbound, outbound, internal warehouse operations, and freight settlement. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable logistics solutions and ensure seamless integration across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and support Inventory to Deliver (ITD) processes within SAP S/4HANA.
Implement and optimize warehouse processes, including:
Warehouse Inbound
Warehouse Outbound
Internal Warehouse Movements
Configure and support transportation processes, including:
Inbound Transportation
Outbound Transportation
Inter-company Transportation
Freight Settlement
Support and enhance Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Light capabilities aligned with Record-to-Report (RTR) processes.
Design and implement label printing solutions for shipping and warehouse operations.
Develop and enhance localized warehouse processes to meet regional business and regulatory requirements.
Conduct business process analysis and gather functional requirements from stakeholders.
Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams during development.
Perform system configuration, testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
Support data migration, integration, and cutover activities during implementation.
Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
Create functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of SAP S/4HANA functional consulting experience in Logistics or Supply Chain.
Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Inventory to Deliver (ITD) processes.
Hands-on experience with:
Warehouse Inbound
Warehouse Outbound
Internal Warehouse Processes
Transportation Management
Freight Settlement
Experience configuring SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM Light).
Knowledge of logistics integration with other SAP modules.
Experience in at least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout project.
Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM).
Knowledge of label printing solutions integrated with SAP (e.g., SAP Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, or third-party label printing solutions such as BarTender or NiceLabel).
Experience with localized warehouse process enhancements across different countries or regions.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications.
SAP S/4HANA certification in Logistics, EWM, or Transportation Management.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments.
