Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4 Security Consultant with specialized, hands-on expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Security and SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG). In this role, you will design, implement, and manage robust security architectures for our enterprise clients, ensuring safe integration across cloud and on-premises environments.

Note: Because of project timelines, candidates who can join immediately or on short notice will be given top priority.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2x a week onsite at client's Mandaluyong office. Working hours is 8AM - 5PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and configure comprehensive SAP Security frameworks, focusing heavily on SAP BTP security services (XSUAA, role collections, destination services, and entitlements) and SAP IAG.
• Deploy, configure, and manage SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) for rule-based access risk analysis, remediation, and role design.
• Secure integration pathways between SAP S/4HANA (on-premise/cloud) and cloud solutions via SAP BTP.
• Manage user provisioning, role maintenance, authorization concepts, and role-based access control (RBAC) across complex landscapes.
• Partner with internal and external audit teams to review Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts, mitigate risks, and maintain compliance standards.
• Work closely with client project managers, functional consultants, and IT security teams out of the Mandaluyong office and remotely.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security administration, implementation, and advisory roles.
• Proven, hands-on deployment and configuration experience in SAP BTP Security.
• Strong working knowledge and implementation experience in SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG).
• Solid understanding of traditional S/4HANA authorizations, user management, single sign-on (SSO), and IDP integrations (e.g., Azure AD/Entra ID).
• Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative team player mindset.
