You will work with our clients and our internal cross line of service teams to:
- Bring your expert knowledge of SAP and develop an understanding of specific SAP configurations with the aim to deliver highly contextual training for users
- Deliver SAP training to end users for large-scale transformation projects i.e. Instructor-led training sessions for intended audiences such as end users, super users or system administrators via face to face (classroom setting) or virtual (e.g. Webex or Teams) formats
- Plan and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions and develop teams of trainers
- Support design and development of: o Training Curriculums o Training Data Scenarios using sandbox environments (providing support, testing, troubleshooting of issues as needed) o Content for Training Materials (e.g. presentation materials, job aids, online learning materials, etc.)
- Build collaborative relationships with clients and internal peers through the course of engagements
- Present information verbally and graphically in a clear and simple manner that is easily understood by intended audiences
- Review and sign-off materials in a Digital Adoption Platform (e.g. Guided Tours, Context Help, Simulations, Demonstrations in Enable Now or Walkme)
- Have the willingness to travel for travel 4-5 weeks in a row for instructor-led training sessions within ASEAN region ultimate need to deliver end user trainings in Singapore in November/December 2023
