SAP RE-FX Consultant - Real Estate & Lease Management

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP RE-FX Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Real Estate Management (Flexible Real Estate) solutions. This role is focused on enabling businesses to manage real estate contracts, assets, and lease compliance efficiently in line with IFRS 16 and local regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with SAP RE-FX in ECC or S/4HANA environments, strong business process knowledge in real estate and leasing, and the ability to work across cross-functional SAP modules such as FI, CO, and PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement SAP RE-FX solutions based on client requirements, including leasing contracts, asset lifecycle, and valuation settings.
• Support blueprinting, design workshops, gap analysis, and documentation of functional specifications.
• Integrate RE-FX with FI, CO, AA, and PM modules to ensure consistent data flows and reporting.
• Handle system testing (unit, integration, and UAT), data migration activities, and post-go-live support.
• Provide subject matter expertise on IFRS 16 compliance and lease accounting processes within SAP.
• Liaise with technical teams to develop or modify enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
• Train end-users and create user documentation or training guides.
• Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and other SAP consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX implementation or support.
• Strong knowledge of lease accounting standards such as IFRS 16 or ASC 842.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.
• Familiarity with integration points with FI, CO, and Asset Accounting (AA).
• Good understanding of real estate portfolio and contract management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills experience working in consulting or project-based roles is an advantage.
