Responsible for delivering end-to-end implementation and support of SAP Quality Management (QM) solutions. Works closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize QM processes aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end SAP QM implementations, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support
- Configure core QM functionalities such as inspection planning, quality notifications, audit management, and quality control processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., MM, PP, SD) to ensure seamless integration
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practice solutions
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical developments
- Facilitate user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in SAP QM configuration and implementation
- Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, PP, SD)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
