Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong SAP S/4HANA expertise to lead end-to-end implementation and transformation projects. The role involves managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects from planning to go-live and post-production support.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Manage project governance, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
- Oversee change management, user training, and adoption initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with project methodologies (e.g., Agile, ASAP, Activate).
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Collaborate with SAP consultants and system integrators to drive successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of overall project management experience, with 3+ years managing SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
- Proven track record of delivering SAP projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP) and business process integration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SAP Activate Methodology and Agile project delivery.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Certified Project Manager certification is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing RISE with SAP or SAP Cloud implementations.
- Exposure to SAP BTP or integration with non-SAP systems.
- Background in Change Management or Business Process Reengineering.
- Experience working with global teams and multi-country rollouts.
