Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and completion. Review and design project schedules, quality plans, budgets, and communication and risk management plans. Handle issues stemming from scope definition and disputes affecting project scope, schedule, and cost. Manage integration challenges involving hardware, software installation, testing, business process reviews, application development, migration, and data conversion. Monitor project implementation to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and quality standards. Provide updates and resolve project overrun issues with senior management. Optimize resource mobilization across teams to enhance productivity and minimize wastage. Establish effective engagement with stakeholders for decision-making and execution. Build long-lasting customer relationships by anticipating and exceeding expectations. Negotiate change control mechanisms with customers to prioritize changes based on business needs. Manage contracts and subcontractor relationships efficiently. Identify opportunities for service expansion or improvement and collaborate with Account Managers for further development. Lead pre-sale activities and key opportunities as needed. Provide leadership to the project team, ensuring thorough analysis and evaluation of proposals and enhancements. Communicate business needs and priorities to the team and provide regular performance feedback and coaching. Foster team performance through development initiatives, team building, and effective leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Typically requires 12 years of SAP project management experience, with a total of at least 18 years in IT services. Experience with SAP projects in the public sector. Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude and strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to foster and maintain respectful and trusting relationships within teams and with clients.
