SAP Professionals (Multiple Positions)

Location: [Cebu, Hybrid (Twice in a week to office) ] Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid to Senior Level

About the Role

We are seeking experienced SAP Professionals to join our growing SAP practice/team. We have multiple openings across various SAP modules and are looking for consultants and specialists who bring deep functional and technical expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
• SAP HANA Database Administration
• SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• SAP LE — Transportation (Logistics Execution)
• SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
• SAP MM — Inventory Management
• SAP Quality Management (QM)

Candidates with strong hands-on experience in any of the above modules are encouraged to apply. Cross-module expertise is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP modules relevant to your area of expertise
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications
• Configure SAP systems to meet business process needs, ensuring alignment with best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Master Data, Planning, and IT Basis) to deliver integrated solutions
• Perform testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support go-live and hypercare activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and performance
• Prepare and maintain functional/technical documentation, process flows, and training materials
• Provide guidance on SAP best practices, new features, and process improvements
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projects

Module-Specific Responsibilities

SAP EWM: Configure warehouse structures, storage bins, RF processes, wave management, and integration with SAP ERP/S4HANA.

SAP HANA DB Administration: Manage HANA database installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup/recovery, user administration, and system monitoring.

SAP IBP: Configure demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization processes; manage integration with SAP ERP/S4HANA and other planning tools.

SAP LE Transportation: Configure transportation planning, shipment processing, freight cost management, and carrier integration within Logistics Execution.

SAP MDG: Design and configure data models, workflows, validation/derivation rules, and governance processes for master data domains (material, customer, vendor, finance).

SAP MM Inventory Management: Configure procurement, inventory management, physical inventory processes, and integration with warehouse and finance modules.

SAP QM: Configure quality planning, inspection processing, quality notifications, and integration with procurement, production, and sales processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP experience in one or more of the modules listed above
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes and cross-module integration points
• Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or major rollout
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA experience strongly preferred
• SAP certification(s) in relevant module(s)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience
• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 and integration tools (PI/PO, CPI) a plus
