SAP Procurement Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Source to Pay (S2P) Senior Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing SAP application support, troubleshooting system issues, analyzing business requirements, and maintaining SAP-related processes and interconnected systems.

The role involves working closely with clients and end users to ensure smooth system operations, resolve technical and functional issues, and support system enhancements and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary end-user support for SAP Source to Pay and related interconnected systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve SAP-related issues and system incidents.
• Perform routine system maintenance checks and corrective actions, including maintaining SAP interfaces where applicable.
• Analyze existing business processes and gather client requirements.
• Perform SAP configuration based on client requests and business requirements.
• Execute system, unit, regression, and integration testing.
• Monitor and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare and document functional specifications for customized programs.
• Develop and maintain test scripts.
• Oversee pre-production activities and system cutover processes.
• Create and monitor SAP transport requests.
• Manage incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct risk and impact analysis for proposed system changes and enhancement requests.
• Act as a subject matter resource in the assigned SAP area.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the SAP domain, particularly in SAP support or application maintenance activities.
• Relevant experience in SAP Source to Pay (S2P) processes.
• Hands-on experience in SAP application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of SAP configuration and system maintenance.
• Experience in unit, regression, system, and integration testing.
• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), transport requests, and cutover activities.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer-focused with a strong sense of urgency.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
