Overview:
Provide functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA business processes, support process documentation, and contribute to FitGap analysis. Assist in workflow improvements, policy updates, and system implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in workshops and provide operational input for SAP processes
- Document AS-IS processes and define TO-BE workflows
- Identify gaps, exceptions, and functional requirements during FitGap analysis
- Support updates to SOPs, policies, and internal controls impacted by SAP changes
- Assist with data requirements, system configuration, testing, and user training
Qualifications:
- 35 years of functional experience in Finance, Procurement, Sales, HR, or related areas
- Skilled in process documentation, SOP creation, and workflow mapping
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or other ERP platforms is an advantage
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of controls, compliance, and audit requirements
