Current Opening: GyanSys is looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM (Production Planning and Quality Management) Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will design, configure, and support our clients PP and QM modules to optimize their manufacturing and quality control processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate manufacturing requirements into efficient system solutions.
Working Setup: 2x a week onsite at client's office in Mandaluyong City. Working hours is 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Configure & Implement: Design, configure, and maintain SAP PP (MRP, discrete/repetitive manufacturing, shop floor control, BOMs, routing) and QM (inspections, quality certificates, notifications, calibration) modules.
- Optimize Processes: Analyze current manufacturing and quality processes to identify areas for system-driven improvement and automation.
- Collaborate & Integrate: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with MM, SD, and WM/EWM modules.
- Train & Document: Create functional specifications, test plans, and user training documentation, and lead training sessions for business users.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on SAP PP and QM configuration experience in S/4HANA environment.
- Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete, batch, or process industries) and quality control workflows.
- Problem Solver: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and design practical solutions.
- Communicator: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical SAP concepts to non-technical business users.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience). SAP certification is a plus.
