As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve understanding and translating customer needs into actionable business and technology solutions, driving discussions on transformation, and ensuring that both technology and business solutions align with the clients requirements. You will engage with various stakeholders to facilitate a seamless integration process and contribute to the overall success of projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Develop and implement integration strategies that enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Expert proficiency in SAP Portfolio and Project Management with at least 3 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and system integration methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to design and implement effective integration solutions.
- Familiarity with data management and reporting tools.
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
Must-Have Skills:
- SAP PPM or SAP PLM.
- Number of years of experience needed: 3 years
- No. of hours per week: 45 hours
- Shift Schedule: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Work Setup: Hybrid
- Number of days in a month or week that need to be in the office: 2x a week RTO
- Project Location (During onsite): UT2, 17th Floor, Taguig
