We are seeking an experienced SAP Portfolio and Project Management professional to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing SAP-related projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and implement necessary changes to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Analyze project performance and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and methodologies in project management.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience in SAP Portfolio and Project Management or related field.
• Proficient in SAP Project Management tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in stakeholder management and client engagement.
