Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to support end‑to‑end SAP implementation and transformation projects. The role focuses on maintenance process design, system configuration, integration, testing, and client-facing consulting delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, and maintenance process modeling
- Configure SAP PM in S/4HANA (corrective, preventive, and breakdown maintenance)
- Develop functional and system specifications
- Design and support PM integrations with MM, FI, CO, and other SAP modules
- Support configuration of work orders, notifications, task lists, maintenance plans, and technical objects
- Execute and support FUT, SIT, and UAT
- Support cutover, go‑live, and post‑deployment activities
- Deliver documentation, user training, and knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with clients and cross‑functional SAP teams
- Support pre‑sales and mentoring activities as required
Required Qualifications- 3+ full lifecycle SAP PM implementations
- Strong understanding of plant maintenance, asset management, and work management processes
- Hands‑on SAP S/4HANA PM configuration
- Experience in consulting and client‑facing roles
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
