The SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module, with a strong focus on Malaysia (MY) and Singapore (SG) payroll processes. This role involves handson issue resolution, system improvements, and ensuring smooth payroll operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide endtoend support for the SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll module, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues, defects, and system errors related to EC Payroll.
- Manage and implement change requests, including configuration updates, payroll rule adjustments, and process enhancements.
- Perform HRSP (HR Support Package) upgrades, regression testing, and validation to ensure system stability and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective payroll solutions.
- Support integration points between EC Payroll and other SAP/thirdparty systems.
- Ensure compliance with MY & SG statutory requirements, tax rules, and payroll regulations.
- Document configurations, processes, and enhancements for internal knowledge sharing.
- Provide guidance and best practices to stakeholders on EC Payroll functionality and optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong handson experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Preferably experienced in Malaysia (MY) and Singapore (SG) payroll configuration, statutory rules, and compliance.
- Solid understanding of payroll schemas, rules, time processing, and payroll control center.
- Experience handling issue resolution, change requests, enhancements, and HRSP upgrades.
- Familiarity with ECECP integration and related data flows.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central Payroll.
- Experience in multicountry payroll environments.
- Background in HR operations or payroll administration.
