SAP OTC/PTP Senior Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP OTC (SD) and P2P (MM) processes, including order management, delivery, billing, procurement, invoice processing, and payments
• Configure and maintain SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules to support business requirements for order fulfillment and procurement.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into SAP solutions, particularly in the areas of logistics execution, procurement, and financial integration.
• Support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA functionalities for both OTC and P2P cycles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and deliver process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order processing, procurement, and integration points between SD, MM, and FI modules. EDI knowledge is required.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective system usage.
• Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA innovations, especially in SD and MM, and recommend best practices for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an SAP SD/OTC and mediocre MM/P2P consultant, with hands-on configuration and support of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, including integration between SD, MM, and FI modules. EDI knowledge is required.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA public cloud is preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and design effective SAP solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with end-user training and documentation.
• Knowledge of procurement, logistics execution, and financial processes in SAP.
• Preferably experienced in ITIL methodology
• Knowledgeable in ITSM tool (ServiceNow, ManageEngine or similar) for ticket management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP Fiori apps for procurement and sales, or SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in procurement and sales.
• Understanding of analytics and reporting in SAP S/4HANA.
