SAP OTC Lead
Location: Parañaque (Hybrid)
Shift: Mid Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Overview:
We're looking for an experienced SAP OTC Lead to join our team and support SAP Order-to-Cash processes, digital solutions, and automation initiatives. Ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience across SAP SD/OTC, integrations, interface design, and automation, along with experience leading or managing people.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes from Sales Order through Billing.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Support digital solutions and automation initiatives within the OTC landscape.
- Analyze, design, and document interfaces and integrations between SAP and external systems.
- Prepare functional/technical specifications for reports and interfaces.
- Perform interface analysis, mapping, and troubleshooting.
- Work with different integration and file-transfer technologies.
- Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor team members while ensuring timely delivery of projects and support activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP OTC, including Core, Digital Solutions, and Automation.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD, particularly the complete OTC process from Sales Order to Billing.
- Knowledge and understanding of SAP MM Movement Types.
- Experience writing specifications for SAP reports.
- Experience in interface analysis and design, including writing interface specifications.
- Knowledge of common interface formats: IDoc, XML, X12, EDICAFT, CSV
- Experience with SAP mapping, including Standard Tables and BAPIs.
- Knowledge of file transfer and integration technologies such as: API, SAP CPI, SFTP, ASE
- People management or team leadership experience is required.
