SAP MM Consultant

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of procurement and inventory management solutions within SAP.

This role focuses on delivering end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, working closely with business stakeholders to enhance sourcing, purchasing, inventory, and vendor management operations. The consultant will be involved in implementation, rollout, and support projects, particularly within SAP S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support SAP MM implementation and enhancement projects

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications

• Configure SAP MM modules including:

Procurement / Purchasing

Inventory Management

Vendor Master Data

Material Master Data

Invoice Verification

• Manage and optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, FI, WM/EWM, PP) for end-to-end integration

• Support SAP S/4HANA migration, rollout, or system upgrades

• Perform SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, and go-live support

• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements

• Develop functional documentation, configuration guides, and training materials

• Conduct client workshops and business process mapping sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or related field

• 3–8+ years of SAP MM experience

• Hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration and support

• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes

• Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting or system integrator environment (Big 4, Accenture, IBM, etc.)

• Knowledge of integration with SAP SD, FI, WM/EWM, PP modules

• Experience in global rollouts or multi-country implementations

• Familiarity with IDocs, APIs, or SAP integrations

• SAP MM Certification is a plus
