Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding the technical vision and architectural framework for custom software projects. This role includes overseeing the design and implementation phases, ensuring that development practices meet high standards for quality, scalability, and performance. The position requires close collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with business goals, while fostering an environment that supports innovation and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met.

- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP MM Inventory Management.

- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM-IM-PI Physical Inventory WM.

- In-depth knowledge of inventory management processes and best practices within SAP environments.

- Strong capability in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions tailored to inventory management needs.

- Experience in integrating SAP modules to streamline inventory and warehouse operations.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.

Must have and Good to have skills: System Integration experience in IM/WM.

Number of years experiences needed: 5

No. of hours per week: 45

Shift Schedule: 7AM to 5PM

Work Set up: Hybrid

Number of days in a month or week that needs to be in the office: 2x a week
