GyanSys seeking an experienced SAP MDG Consultant to lead the design and maintenance of our client's Master Data Governance strategy on SAP S/4HANA. You will be the main POC ensuring data integrity across Finance, Material, and Business Partner domains. This role requires a unique mix of business process wisdom and technical ABAP proficiency.
Work Arrangement: 2x a week RTO at Client's location in Mandaluyong. Working hours is 8am - 5PM, Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Lead workshops with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into robust MDG Data Models (Flex and Reuse).
- Workflow Configuration: Design and implement complex Change Request (CR) types and parallel approval workflows using Rule-Based Workflow (RBW).
- Development & Extension: Use OO-ABAP and BAdIs to create custom data validations, derivations, and UI enhancements via Floorplan Manager (FPM).
- Data Quality: Configure BRF+ decision tables and implement Data Quality Management (DQM) for real-time profiling and validation.
- Integration: Oversee the Data Replication Framework (DRF) to ensure seamless data synchronization with peripheral systems via SOA, IDocs, and OData.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP MDG
- Deep functional knowledge in at least two domains: MDG-M (Material), MDG-F (Finance), or MDG-BP/S/C.
- Mastery of Object-Oriented ABAP.
- Proficiency in Web Dynpro / FPM and Side-Panel configuration.
- Expertise in BRF+ logic and Workflow development.
- Strong understanding of the S/4HANA simplified data model and Business Partner approach.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
