We're Hiring: SAP PP/QM – Plan to Production (PTP) Lead

Are you an experienced SAP manufacturing professional with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA We're looking for a SAP PP/QM – Plan to Production (PTP) Lead to drive end-to-end manufacturing transformation initiatives and partner with cross-functional business teams.

Role: SAP PP/QM – Plan to Production (PTP) Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end Plan-to-Produce (PTP) process, including production planning, scheduling, execution, and Work-in-Progress (WIP) management.
• Own the SAP functional solution design for:
• SAP PP
• MRP / MRP Live
• Capacity Planning
• Production Orders
• Interfaces with MES solutions
• Collaborate across SAP modules including MM, QM, EWM/WM, and FI/CO.
• Support integrations with PP/DS, IBP, and custom MES applications.
• Lead PTP workstream activities, including:
• Solution Design
• Build Oversight
• Testing
• User Training
• Cutover Planning
• Go-Live & Hypercare Support

Required Skills & Experience:

12+ years of SAP manufacturing experience

Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Plan-to-Produce (PTP) processes

Deep knowledge of SAP PP/QM and manufacturing planning processes

Experience with MRP, Capacity Planning, Production Orders, and MES integration

Cross-functional expertise in MM, QM, EWM/WM, and FI/CO

Experience in S/4HANA implementations or global rollouts

Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing, preferably in the Hi-Tech industry

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
