SAP Lead Consultant

As a SAP Process Subject Matter Expert, you will drive process design, business process reengineering (BPR), and SAP transformation activities across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, and Logistics functions. You will collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable, standardized, and efficient processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead business process analysis, design, and standardization initiatives during SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Facilitate workshops, define business requirements, and ensure alignment between business needs and SAP solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, change management, and business readiness activities to ensure successful implementation.

Job Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business process improvement, SAP transformation, ERP implementation, or consulting environments.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA process expertise within Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Order-to-Cash domains.
• Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders through large-scale transformation programs.
