Key Responsibilites
You will:
- Design and implement interfaces and data flow concepts across the HR IT solutions landscape
- Ensures integrity, consistency and security of the HR Core Technologies across all connected systems, including e.g. the Global HR Master Data system.
- Ensure business continuity and system operations within HR Core Technologies
- Foster continuous technical optimization, ensuring a state-of-the-art HR IT solutions landscape
- Adhere to structured problem-solving processes and implement lessons learned from technical interruptions
- Drive HR IT projects with focus on integration and data flow as project lead or work package owner.
- Lead projects adhering to established Project Management principles, with a primary focus on IT realization and effective coordination of vendor and in-house resources
- Execute the implementation of enhancements and projects, including new functionalities and applications, with unwavering commitment to success and timeliness
- Oversee and manage project budgets and ensure an efficient purchasing process.
- Develop comprehensive technical concepts for all proposed changes
- Oversee the realization of changes and provide dedicated hyper-care support post-implementation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Academic Degree in Technology or Business Administration or comparable qualification
- Deep knowledge regarding interface techniques (incl. ABAP/4), system architecture, HR data structures and data flows across the overall IT landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Sound experience in HR IT Core Solutions, especially focused on SAP solutions as SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP
- Experience in HR IT focused on SAP, SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP
- Successful realization of min. 1 global/regional project
- Experience in MySuccess, SAP HRIS/HCM
- System integration & heavy technical experience.
Work Schedule: Hybrid (once a week onsite, but must be open to go to the office if needed), Mid shift | Monday to Friday
