Position: SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
Shift Schedule: Morning shift 10am 8pm
Work Set up: Hybrid, 2 days per week
Number of days in a month or week that needs to be in the office: 2x a week
Location: Taguig, Philippines
As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage with clients to provide insights and strategies that enhance their organizational agility. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business processes, and facilitating discussions to identify opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for guiding clients through their transformation journeys, ensuring they are equipped to adapt and thrive in a competitive landscape.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote agile methodologies.
- Analyze client needs and develop tailored strategies to enhance business agility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and lessons learned.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Must have and Good to have skills: IBP and CIDS technical skills to support System Integration project
