Job Description
Position: SAP IBP Technical Consultant
Responsibilities
Work independently and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP IBP solutions and integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design, configure, and support SAP IBP solutions to meet business needs and best practices.
Support system integration and implementation projects, including data integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to optimize operational efficiency and planning capabilities.
Participate actively in project discussions, workshops, and solution design sessions.
Troubleshoot and resolve system, integration, and data-related issues.
Support change management and user adoption activities to ensure successful implementation of new solutions.
Develop and maintain project documentation, functional specifications, technical designs, and test artifacts.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide innovative solutions to business challenges.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
35 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
Strong technical expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Experience with CIDS and integration technologies supporting SAP implementation projects.
Knowledge of business process analysis, modeling, and optimization methodologies.
Experience Translating Business Requirements Into Technology-enabled Solutions.
Understanding of enterprise transformation and system implementation methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP Supply Chain Planning processes.
Knowledge of SAP integration technologies and data management concepts.
Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
SAP IBP certification is an advantage.
