We are looking for a highly skilled SAP IBP Supply & Response Planning professional to support the design, implementation, and optimization of supply chain planning solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage SAP IBP capabilities to enable effective supply planning, capacity balancing, order fulfillment, and response management across complex supply chain networks.. Location : Philippines (REMOTE)

Type : Contract (12 months -extendable)

Experience : 8+ years

Shift : EU - 2 pm to 11 pm PHT - Remote

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP Supply Planning and Response Planning.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including inventory, production, capacity, and fulfillment planning.
• Experience in SAP IBP configuration and deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Supply Planning Heuristics and Optimizer.
• Strong knowledge of Response & Supply Planning (RSP) processes.
• Experience with Time Series Planning and Order-Based Planning.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration.
• SAP IBP Certification preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP IBP Supply Planning and Response Planning solutions.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure planning models, heuristics, optimizer settings, constraints, and planning operators.
• Support supply balancing, inventory planning, capacity planning, and fulfillment processes.
• Analyze supply chain performance and recommend process improvements.
• Conduct fit-gap assessments and solution workshops.
• Perform testing, deployment, user training, and hypercare support activities.
• Troubleshoot planning issues and optimize system performance.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
• Support integration with SAP S/4HANA, ERP, and other supply chain systems.
