Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP IBP Integration Specialist with deep expertise in SAP Cloud Integration for Data Services (CPIDS) and Smart Data Integration (SDI) to support and enhance global SAP IBP integrations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring reliable, highperformance data flows between SAP S/4HANA and IBP in a largescale FMCG planning landscape, operating under strict 247 SLAs.

Primary & Secondary Technical Skills

  • SAP IBP Integration Mastery with strong handson experience across IBP data models, including Master Data, Time Series, and Key Figures.
  • SAP Cloud Integration for Data Services (CPIDS): Expertlevel proficiency in designing, developing, and troubleshooting complex data flows, tasks, and processes.
  • Smart Data Integration (SDI): Handson experience with realtime data integration, including agent configuration, monitoring, and support for OrderBased Planning (OBP) scenarios.
  • Data Mapping & Transformation: Advanced expertise in complex mapping logic, use of functions and global variables, and transformation of ERP data into IBPcompatible formats.
  • IBP Integration AddOn Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP ERP / S/4HANA integration addons, including BTEs (Business Transaction Events) and BAdIs used for data extraction.
  • Performance Tuning: Proven ability to optimize integration jobs handling highvolume FMCG datasets (millions of records) within tight batch windows.
  • Error Handling & Monitoring: Technical ownership of IBP Integration Dashboards, including log analysis and automated alerting for data load failures.

Key Responsibilities AMS Context

  • Integration Incident Management: Lead resolution of Tier2 and Tier3 integration incidents impacting global planning cycles (e.g., failed weekly demand or supply data loads).
  • Complex Change Requests: Design and implement enhancements to support new business requirements, such as onboarding new FMCG product categories or regional distribution centers into the IBP landscape.
  • Data Consistency & Reconciliation: Perform rootcause analysis on data discrepancies between S/4HANA and IBP, ensuring a single version of truth for planners.
  • SLA Stewardship: Ensure all integration support activities delivered from the Manila hub meet strict SLAs for 247 global operations.
  • System Upgrades & Patching: Assess and manage the technical impact of SAP IBP quarterly releases, including regression testing and required refactoring of integration flows.
  • Technical Mentorship: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for IBP integrations, providing guidance, design reviews, and code reviews for junior consultants.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • SAP Certified Application Associate SAP IBP for Supply Chain.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP IBP modules such as Demand, S&OP, or Inventory Planning.
  • Basic ABAP debugging skills to support analysis of extraction logic in SAP ERP / S/4HANA.
  • Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for APIbased triggers and hybrid integration scenarios.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with global business and planning stakeholders.
