We're Hiring: SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant!

We are looking for an experienced SAP HR & Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with extensive experience in SAP HCM/HR and Payroll. The role will involve configuration, production support, enhancements, issue resolution, integrations, and collaboration with business and technical teams.

Location: Taguig City, Philippines
Work Mode: Work from Office

What You'll Do:

· Configure and support SAP HCM/HR and Payroll processes.
· Analyze and resolve functional and technical production issues.
· Work on Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management.
· Develop and support interfaces, integrations, and enhancements in collaboration with technical teams.
· Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
· Perform testing, defect resolution, root-cause analysis, and documentation.
· Coordinate with business users and offshore/onshore teams for timely issue resolution.

What We're Looking For:
5+ years of SAP HCM/HR & Payroll experience.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP Payroll configuration and support.
Good knowledge of PA, OM, and Time Management.
Understanding of ABAP, interfaces, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
Experience in incident, problem, change, and enhancement management.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work 5 days from office in US shift.
