Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and deployment of SAP HCM Payroll solutions, ensuring alignment with client payroll processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document payroll business requirements, translating them into effective SAP HCM or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions.
  • Perform system configuration for SAP HCM Payroll, including schema, rules, wage types, payroll processes, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Support end-to-end payroll implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Manage payroll integrations with upstream and downstream systems, including PTP (Procure-to-Pay) integration and Employee Central Payroll environments.
  • Utilize Payroll Control Center (PCC) to monitor payroll processes, identify issues, and ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct system testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure payroll processes function as expected.
  • Provide functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and support cloud payroll transformations and migration initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot payroll issues, analyze system defects, and provide timely resolution for payroll processing and configuration issues.
  • Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge transfer materials for internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Support client workshops, solution design sessions, and payroll process improvements as part of digital HR transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations and integration across systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with strong focus on Payroll module
  • Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementation projects experience
  • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll implementation and support projects
  • Experience with global SAP SuccessFactors implementations, particularly Employee Central Payroll
  • Hands-on expertise in PTP Integration and Payroll Control Center (PCC)
  • Documented experience in Cloud Payroll/SF ECP rather than just legacy SAP HCM
  • SAP HCM Payroll certification preferred
