Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementation and configuration projects.
• Configure SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll (PY).
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and user acceptance support.
• Integrate SAP HCM with SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.
• Support go-live activities, hypercare, and production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
