SAP HCM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join a project based in Singapore. This is a hands-on individual contributor role suited to someone with strong functional expertise in SAP HCM and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementation, enhancement and support activities.
• Configure and maintain SAP Payroll processes and related HCM functionalities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand payroll requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Support payroll configuration, testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Manage integration and dependencies across relevant SAP HCM modules.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades and transformation activities.
• Ensure payroll processes meet relevant local business and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios and supporting documentation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant SAP HCM experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll (PY).
• Good functional knowledge across SAP HCM, ideally including PA, OM and Time Management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA / HCM for S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting Singapore payroll environments is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
