Role Description This is a full-time role for a SAP Functional Specialist/Manager (FICO or MM) based in the Philippines. The role involves leading and executing SAP functional design, configuration, and testing for FICO or MM modules in alignment with business requirements. The specialist/manager collaborates closely with business stakeholders to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing master data, troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with technical teams for enhancements, preparing documentation, and supporting end users through training and issue resolution. The role may also include participation in project planning, implementation, and post-go-live support to ensure stable and optimized operations.
Qualifications
- Strong SAP functional expertise, preferably in SAP FICO or SAP MM, with experience in configuration, testing, and support.
- Solid understanding of Business Process design and improvement, with the ability to map requirements to SAP solutions.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including problem-solving, data analysis, and root cause identification for system and process issues.
- Consulting experience or exposure, with the ability to work with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide clear recommendations.
- Experience managing and maintaining Master Data in SAP, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant SAP certifications in FICO or MM are an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams on-site.
- Experience in telecom or technology industries is a plus, along with familiarity with large-scale ERP implementations.
