As a SAP Functional Consulting Manager - Mandarin Bilingual, you will play a pivotal role in our business application consulting team, specializing in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will enable clients to optimize customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP CRM software solutions effectively
  • Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of CRM initiatives to optimize customer relationship management processes
  • Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications
  • Developing and managing project plans, including budgeting and execution, to meet client expectations
  • Guiding team members in enhancing their skills and encouraging growth beyond their comfort zones
  • Utilizing business process consulting and improvement techniques to enhance operational efficiency
  • Addressing conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary
  • Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
  • Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices in CRM solutions
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 7 to 11 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms
  • Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
  • Excelling in business process consulting and improvement strategies
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance system interoperability
  • Embracing technology implementation for client engagement solutions
