About the Role
We are building our internal SAP capabilities and seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst to own, manage, and optimize our SAP S/4HANA enterprise environment supporting Finance and Manufacturing operations.
In this role, you will lead functional support, business process improvements, and system configuration across Finance (FI), Controlling & Material Ledger/Actual Costing (CO), and Production Planning (PP) modules to support continuous business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- SAP Functional Ownership: Serve as the primary in-house functional expert for SAP modules (FI, CO/Material Ledger, and PP).
- SAP S/4HANA Roadmap: Identify process improvement opportunities, prioritize system enhancements, and support upgrade plans.
- Configuration & Testing: Gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, configure system parameters, and coordinate testing and implementation.
- Financial Close Support: Support period-end financial closing, product costing, actual costing, and material ledger processing cycles.
- User Support & Training: Provide daily functional support, issue resolution, and system training to end-users across departments.
- Partner & Vendor Management: Maintain comprehensive system documentation and coordinate with external SAP system integrators and partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Experience:4–6 years of hands-on SAP functional experience, including involvement in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Core Expertise: Strong SAP FI/CO configuration experience on S/4HANA within a manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or industrial environment.
- Specialized Knowledge: Solid experience with Material Ledger / Actual Costing and Production Planning (PP) is a strong advantage.
- Business Process Mastery: Deep understanding of General Ledger (GL), AP/AR, product costing, bill of materials (BOM), and manufacturing shop-floor workflows.
- Key Skills: Self-driven team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
