Your Role And Responsibilities
The SAP Fiori Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of SAP Fiori applications within an SAP S/4HANA Bluefield implementation. This role ensures the delivery of a consistent, intuitive, and user‑friendly experience while aligning with SAP best practices, UX standards, and business requirements. The SAP Fiori Lead will guide the overall Fiori strategy, manage app architecture, and coordinate development activities across functional, technical, and security teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end SAP Fiori strategy and implementation for S/4HANA Bluefield projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP UX guidelines.
- Design and manage the Fiori architecture, including catalogs, groups, spaces, pages, and role mappings to support scalable and secure user access.
- Coordinate and oversee custom Fiori app development, enhancements, and extensions, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to SAP development standards.
- Work closely with functional, security, and technical teams to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and validate solutions across the project lifecycle.
- Support key project phases including system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), go‑live readiness, and post‑go‑live stabilization to ensure a smooth user experience.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Strong experience with SAP Fiori for S/4HANA, including working with standard Fiori applications, UX patterns, and best practices for delivering a consistent and intuitive user experience.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Fiori app activation, configuration, and launchpad setup, including managing catalogs, groups, spaces/pages, and role‑based access for end users.
- Understanding of the SAP S/4HANA Bluefield implementation approach, including how selective data transition impacts Fiori design, activation, and adoption strategies.
- Experience with SAP UI5, OData services, and SAP Gateway, with the ability to guide and review custom app development, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure compliance with SAP standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional, technical, and security teams while guiding users and developers throughout the project lifecycle.

- Experience with SAP BTP and Fiori extensions
- Exposure to SAP UX strategy and SAP Activate methodology
- Previous lead role in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
