SAP Finance Manager

As a SAP Finance Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. Within a Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will enable clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of the organization. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating organizational purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements to implement SAP finance solutions that optimize financial processes
• Lead teams in the strategic planning and execution of SAP finance projects
• Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
• Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Utilize SAP Accounts Payable (AP), SAP Central Finance, and SAP FICO to improve financial reporting
• Monitor and analyze financial trends to provide insights for business process improvement
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain quality and timelines in deliverables
• Address conflicts and engage in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including compliance with regulatory requirements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one SAP certification aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
• Demonstrated proficiency in SAP FI and SAP FICO modules
• Financial forecasting and financial modeling skills
• Experience managing financial reporting and analytics within SAP environments
• Strong business process improvement and financial transformation experience
• Ability to embrace change and innovation in finance technology solutions
