Job Description

As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members, analyzing system performance, and providing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will also interact with various stakeholders to ensure that the systems function optimally and meet business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

- Document processes and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.

- Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting.

- Experience with integration of SAP modules and third-party applications.

- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

- Familiarity with data migration and system upgrades.

- Experience in user training and support.

Must have and Good to have skills: Communication skills

Number of years experiences needed: 4+ yrs
