Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO / Treasury Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and implementation of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling solutions, with a strong focus on Treasury and Cash Management processes. This role requires solid hands-on experience in SAP ECC, with S/4HANA exposure considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP FI/CO solutions with specialization in Treasury
- Configure, enhance, and support Treasury components, including:
- Transaction Manager (Debt, FX, Bonds)
- In-House Cash
- Liquidity Management and Forecasting
- Payments and Electronic Bank Statement processing
- Bank Integration and SAP-to-bank interfaces
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain ABAP programs, enhancements, BADIs, and interfaces related to Treasury and FI/CO
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within Treasury and FI/CO modules
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and financial regulations
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and configuration records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of SAP FI/CO development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC (mandatory); S/4HANA exposure is a plus
- Solid ABAP development skills (Reports, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements)
- Hands-on experience with SAP Treasury functions, including:
- Transaction Manager
- In-House Cash
- Liquidity Management
- Payments and Bank Integration
- Good understanding of end-to-end financial processes and FI/CO integration points
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with S/4HANA Finance or Treasury Migration
- Exposure to bank communication standards (e.g., MT940, ISO20022)
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments
