Role Description The SAP Finance Control Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in Makati, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO and related modules, ensuring that finance and controlling processes are optimized and aligned with business requirements. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing business process requirements, translating them into system solutions, performing system testing, and preparing documentation. The consultant collaborates with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to resolve issues, provide end-user support and training, and contribute to continuous improvement of financial reporting and controlling processes. The role also involves participating in project implementations, enhancements, and upgrades, while adhering to best practices and governance standards.
Qualifications

Strong proficiency in SAP FICO and Finance, with the ability to design and configure core finance and controlling processes.
Hands-on experience with CO-PA and related controlling functionalities to support profitability analysis and reporting.
Solid understanding of end-to-end Business Processes in finance and controlling, including integration with other SAP modules.
Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, troubleshooting system issues, and proposing process improvements.
