Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct business requirement / fit-gap analysis workshops with client stakeholders to understand sales and distribution processes.
2. Translate business needs into business blueprint, SAP FI functional specifications and configuration requirements.
3. Perform system configuration in FI modules
4. Manage localization requirements such as local tax and regulation
5. Integrate FI with other SAP modules
6. Create test scenario, data scenario, execute test, verify test result.
7. Develop functional specifications for WRICEF of any FI enhancements.
8. Review the quality of add-on program after development is completed.
9. Provide and conduct the user training and documentation.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.
11. Support cutover planning, authorization setup and go-live activities.
12. Define migration procedure, develop migration tool, support to create migration data, execute migration rehearsal and production migration.
13. Provide users support for any inquiries or issues.
14. Provide post-go-live support.
15. Sharing knowledge with team.
Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI
3. At least 3 full cycles SAP S/4HANA on premise version implementation or rollouts in manufacturing industry in electronic.
4. Strong knowledge of end-to-end financial processes.
5. Understanding local tax rules, as well as import and output tax matters, is required.
6. Excellent English and Filipino communication and client-facing skills.
7. SAP certification in FI is a plus.
8. Experience in S/4HANA on premise version preferred.
