The SAP FICO Systems Specialist will design, implement, and maintain SAP financial solutions while improving business processes and supporting end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and support SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules based on business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve business systems and processes.
- Participate in system testing to detect errors, document issues, and guide users.
- Provide advanced technical support and training to departmental users.
- Assist in implementing SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and SAP BPC or similar financial planning tools.
- Collaborate with functional and development teams for integrated SAP solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technology trends and best practices.
Required Technical and Behavioral Skills:
- 3+ years in SAP FI/CO modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cost/Profit Center Accounting, Asset Management, Treasury, Budget Planning & Control, Internal Audit.
- 2+ years configuring SAP FI/CO in IMG based on business requirements.
- 1+ year experience with SAP BPC or similar financial planning systems.
- Experience with FI integration with other SAP modules: MM, SD, PP.
- Exposure to ABAP, Report Painter, or other SAP reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial business processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Accounting, or related fields.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in time management.
- High integrity, results-driven, adaptable, and resourceful.
- Onsite reporting at Balintawak, Quezon City required.
