The Role
As a SAP FICO Consultant, the ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, building, configuring, and maintaining SAP applications across Banking FI Contract Accounts Receivables and Payables (FI-CA) and Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC) modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop robust solutions, and ensure applications align with organizational and client goals. This role requires both strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of financial and controlling processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform tasks independently and develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned SAP modules.
- Analyze, design, code, test, and implement SAP solutions for banking and cost controlling processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality and efficient applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to enhance performance and reliability.
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and process updates for reference and team alignment.
- Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging SAP technologies to continuously improve solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in SAP FICO
- Proficiency in SAP for Banking FI Contract Accounts Receivables and Payables (FI-CA)
- Proficiency in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC)
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing financial and controlling solutions for enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SAP Project System (PS) is highly desirable.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
